I Received the Wrong Items

Very rare. We know it's stressful when it happens, and we treat it as a priority.

What to do:

Contact us immediately on WhatsApp. Include:

  • Your name and order date
  • What you received that isn't yours
  • What's missing from your order

How we'll handle it:

Every order gets a customer identifier on intake. We can trace any item to its order in our system.

If there's been a mix-up, we identify whose items you have and arrange a swap. Most times, the correct items are found and returned within 24 hours.

What to do with the wrong items:

Hold onto them. Don't wash or use them. We arrange a pickup and swap as quickly as possible.

Prevention:

We count and list items on intake and tag them immediately. Mix-up risk is very low thanks to our process. At high volume (peak season) it can occasionally happen. When it does, we fix it fast.
