When you use Easy Day Laundry (in-store, via WhatsApp, or on our website), we may collect: your name, WhatsApp number, and delivery address when you book a pickup or delivery. Device information and browsing data is collected automatically when you visit our website, such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed. We only collect what we need to provide and improve our services.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to deliver and manage your laundry orders, communicate with you about bookings, collection times, and delivery via WhatsApp, improve our services, and respond to enquiries. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
Data Protection
Your personal data is stored securely on Firebase (Google Cloud), which provides industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Access to your data is limited to Easy Day Laundry staff who need it to provide our services. We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Third-Party Services
We use a small number of trusted third-party services: Firebase (Google) for secure form and booking data storage. Google Analytics to understand website traffic (data is anonymised and aggregated). WhatsApp for order communication and customer support. Each service has its own privacy policy. Review them if you have concerns about how they handle data.
Your Rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of any inaccurate information, and request deletion of your data (subject to any legal obligations we must meet).
