We collect from reception or the front gate. Share your booking confirmation on WhatsApp and we coordinate the time with you directly.

Send a message in English or Indonesian and we reply in the same language. For other languages, we use translation apps to support you.

Pay in cash, by card, or with QRIS at delivery. No local SIM, no app to install.

We inspect every bag before the wash. Sand is rinsed out so it does not press into the fabric. Salt or wax is treated before the cycle.

Weight-tier pricing, not per-piece

Tourist bags are priced by weight tier (0–3 kg, 3–5 kg, and up), not per piece. Most fall between IDR 50,000 and IDR 150,000, far cheaper than per-piece hotel laundry.
