I’ve never had any items damaged. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, they remember you by name, which makes a big difference. They also offer delivery, which is super convenient. The best laundry experience in the whole of Indonesia so far! Exceptional professionalism and transparency, easy and prompt communication via WhatsApp and timely pick up/delivery. After trying so many laundries before I do really recommend these guys. Very organized, modern machinery, professional and friendly staff together with reasonable pricing. They also provide pick up and delivery which is reasonably priced. We are definitely keeping them during our stay in Seminyak.

After doing the rounds in canggu and having so many items of clothing ruined, I finally found a laundry which takes real care of my washing. Ironing is free and there's no charge for card - really good service here, you can configure the temperature for the wash and delicate wash/dry options too. Really recommended!
