What Is Your Refund Policy?

We stand behind our work. If something goes wrong on our end, we make it right.

When refunds or compensation apply:

  • Item damage in our care: we damage a garment during washing, ironing, or handling. We offer replacement value or a service credit.
  • Lost items: if an item can't be located after investigation, we offer replacement value.
  • Service failure: we fail to complete the agreed service (significant quality issue with the wash). We re-do it at no charge or refund that portion of the order.

How replacement value is calculated:

Based on the reasonable current market value of the item. Not the original purchase price. We discuss it with you via WhatsApp to reach a fair outcome.

When we don't offer refunds:

  • Damage to items with care labels that contradict the service requested ("dry clean only" items sent for machine washing without disclosure)
  • Pre-existing damage present before we received the item
  • Stains that don't fully lift despite treatment. We always tell you in advance if we think a stain may not clear.

How to request a refund or resolution:

Contact us via WhatsApp or email ([email protected]) with your order details and the issue. We respond and resolve.
