My Order Is Late. What Should I Do?

Delays are rare. They happen, particularly during peak season in Bali.

What to do:

Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you think your order might be late. Include your name and order date. We check the status right away.

Common reasons for delays:

  • Peak season (July to August and December): higher order volume can push timings back a few hours
  • Weather or traffic: Bali traffic and heavy rain occasionally cause delivery delays
  • Large or complex orders: oversized loads or specialist items (shoes, bags) sometimes take longer than estimated

What we'll do:

We send a real-time update via WhatsApp with an honest revised collection time. If the delay is significant, we prioritise your order and expedite processing where possible.

If you have a flight or hard deadline:

Tell us when you book. If we know you need your laundry by a specific time, we schedule around that. Flag time pressure upfront, not after the fact.

We take delivery commitments seriously. If we say 24 hours, we mean it. When we can't meet that, we own it.
