Weekly laundry FAQ

Pick a pickup day, like every Monday. We collect in the morning, weigh your bag to confirm the tier price, and return everything washed the next day.
Standard wash, dry, iron & fold is Rp 40,000 for 0–3kg, plus a flat Rp 35,000 pickup and delivery fee per visit. Same rate as one-off bookings, no subscription, no minimum.
WhatsApp us at least 24 hours ahead to pause, skip, or reschedule.
Expats and long-stay residents, digital nomads, families with kids, and surfers or yoga instructors with daily kit. Anyone in Canggu, Seminyak, or Pererenan who wants laundry off their list.
Tell us at pickup what needs hand wash, like silk, kebaya, or lingerie. We price those separately and confirm before cleaning. We do not run dry-cleaning machines. For solvent dry cleaning, we refer you to a vetted Bali specialist.
Message us and we pause your schedule until you are back. No subscription means no charge while you are away.
