Group Social Media Manager
Run social media across the whole Easy Day Group, with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook as the key focus. Create original content from our shops, reply to comments and DMs, and turn social conversations into bookings. Main Responsibilities
- Plan and post original content across the Easy Day Group's social channels, with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook as the priority
- Shoot and edit photos and short-form video at our Canggu, Seminyak, and Pererenan shops
- Reply to DMs, comments, story tags, and reviews in our brand voice
- Track leads coming in through social channels and hand them to the right team to close
- Test new content formats, trends, and AI tools that make the work faster
- Report monthly on what's working, what isn't, and what we're trying next
Qualifications
- Experience running Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook for a brand, café, hotel, or small business
- Comfortable appearing in front of the camera, plus shooting and editing photos and short-form video
- Strong written English and Indonesian for captions, replies, and community management
- Curious about AI tools (ChatGPT, image and video AI, content automation) and excited to learn
- Self-starter who can run a content calendar without daily hand-holding
Customer Support & Admin
Welcome customers, process orders, handle payments, and manage WhatsApp enquiries. Coordinate with operators on order status. Make sure every customer leaves with a smile.
Main Responsibilities
- Receive customer laundry (walk-in or via courier)
- Perform weighing, recording, and inputting orders into the system/WhatsApp/manual receipt
- Explain prices, services, estimated completion time, and promotions to customers
- Handle complaints and customer inquiries politely
- Perform initial marking (name label, item count, category)
- Manage customer data, daily order reports, and document archives
- Ensure payment transactions (cash, bank transfer, QRIS)
- Manage business WhatsApp, social media, and contact customers when orders are ready for pickup
- Coordinate with Laundry Operators regarding order status updates
- Deliver customer laundry (pickup/delivery tasks)
- Assist operators when needed
Qualifications
- Communicative, neat, and friendly
- Detail-oriented and able to perform accurate calculations
- Able to operate a smartphone, basic computer, and messaging applications
- Able to speak English to communicate with foreign customers
- Experience in customer service is a plus
Laundry Operator
Sort, wash, dry, iron, fold, and pack laundry to quality standards. Operate machines, manage chemicals per SOP, and keep a clean workspace.
Main Responsibilities
- Sort laundry based on color, fabric type, soil level, and service category
- Check for stains, damage, and items left in pockets
- Operate washing and drying machines
- Handle chemical usage according to SOP
- Hand-wash silks, kebaya, and other delicate or specialty items
- Iron, fold, and pack laundry
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and perform basic machine maintenance
- Ensure orders are completed according to quality and quantity standards
- Report technical issues or problematic garments to the Supervisor/Manager
Qualifications
- Able to work physically and quickly
- Understand basic fabric and garment care
- Detail-oriented and responsible
- Experience in laundry operations is a plus
