True dry cleaning uses chemical solvents and specialised equipment that are rare in Bali. Many laundries in the area advertise dry cleaning but actually hand-wash or machine-wash on a delicate cycle. We would rather just call it what it is — and we do it carefully.

If your garment can be safely hand-washed, we will handle it. If it genuinely needs solvent cleaning, we will tell you and point you to a local specialist we trust.

What we hand-wash and finish

Silk hand wash

Shirts, blouses, scarves, and lingerie washed by hand in cool water, air-dried flat, hand-finished.

Kebaya, sarong, and ikat

Traditional Balinese wear cleaned piece-by-piece. No mixed loads, no rough cycles.

Dresses and blouses

Chiffon, lightweight cotton, linen, and lined day dresses. Hand-washed where safe, ironed to finish.

Dress shirts and formalwear

Cotton and linen dress shirts washed, pressed, and returned on hangers. Hand-finished cuffs and collars.

Stain pre-treatment

Sunscreen, red wine, oil, ink, and red dust treated by hand before any wash.

Delicates and lingerie

Mesh bag, cool wash, air-dry. No tumble drying, no harsh agitation.

What we do not handle in-house

Some items genuinely need solvent-based dry cleaning. For these, message us and we will point you to a local specialist.

No. We do not operate dry-cleaning machines. True dry cleaning uses solvents and equipment that are rare in Bali. What we do offer is hand wash for silks, kebayas, sarongs, dresses, and delicates, plus stain pre-treatment by hand. For items that genuinely need solvent-based dry cleaning, we will recommend a trusted local specialist on WhatsApp.
Many "dry clean only" labels are conservative. Plenty of silks, light wools, and lined dresses are safe to hand wash by a trained team. Send us a photo of the garment and the care label on WhatsApp. We will tell you honestly whether we can hand wash it, or whether you need a true dry cleaner.
Yes. Hand-washed in cool water with a gentle plant-based detergent, air-dried flat or on padded hangers, and hand-finished. Kebaya, sarong, ikat, and ceremonial wear are handled piece-by-piece, not in a mixed load.
Hand wash for delicate items is IDR 10,000 per piece across all branches. Stain pre-treatment is IDR 20,000 per piece. Larger or more complex pieces (kebaya, structured dresses, wedding-style items) are quoted individually. Send a photo on WhatsApp and we will confirm the price before any work starts.
Yes. Flat IDR 35,000 pickup and delivery across Canggu, Seminyak, Pererenan, Berawa, Batu Bolong, and surrounding areas. Free for orders above IDR 200,000. We collect at a time you choose and return on hangers or folded.
Yes. We pre-treat sunscreen, red wine, oil, ink, and red dust by hand as standard. Older or set-in stains can usually be lifted, but not always. We will tell you honestly before any work starts.
