Acceptance of Terms
By using Easy Day Laundry (dropping off laundry at our locations, booking a pickup via WhatsApp, or using our website), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all customers, including tourists, expats, and business clients.
Services
Easy Day Laundry offers these services in Bali: wash, dry, iron & fold; pickup and delivery; drop-off booths; shoe cleaning and restoration; bag cleaning and care; commercial and bulk laundry for businesses, villas, and hotels. Service availability may vary by location. We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue services at any time.
Booking & Scheduling
Pickup and delivery bookings can be made via WhatsApp. Please provide your name, address, preferred pickup time, and any special garment care instructions. We'll confirm your booking and collection window via WhatsApp. Drop-in services at our locations do not require a prior booking.
Pricing & Payment
Standard wash, dry, iron & fold is priced by weight range. Specialty services (shoe care, bag care, express turnaround) are priced per item or as quoted. We accept cash (IDR), bank transfer, and credit or debit cards. Cards are not accepted for pickup and delivery. Prices are subject to change. Message us on WhatsApp for the current price list.
Pickup & Delivery
Pickup and delivery is available across Canggu, Seminyak, Pererenan, and nearby areas. A minimum order value applies. Confirm the current minimum with us via WhatsApp. Delivery timeframes depend on the service tier you select (5 Hours, 24 Hours, or 2 to 3 Days). We do our best to meet agreed times. Exact times can't be guaranteed due to traffic and operational factors.
Garment Care & Liability
We take reasonable care with all garments and use appropriate washing methods for each item type. However, Easy Day Laundry is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing wear, manufacturing defects, or failure to declare delicate, embellished, or fragile items. You are responsible for checking pockets before drop-off, declaring items that require special care or are particularly valuable, and following care label instructions for specialist items. For items of significant monetary or sentimental value, we recommend using our specialist care service and declaring the item at drop-off.
Turnaround Times
We offer three turnaround tiers. Express 5 Hours is calculated within operating hours only. A drop-off at 5 pm may be ready the following morning. 24 Hours is our most popular option, ready the next day. 2 to 3 Days is for larger loads or specialist items. Your receipt will include the specific collection or delivery time, confirmed by our staff at drop-off or pickup. During peak periods, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, we may need more time. We'll communicate any delays via WhatsApp.
Cancellation & Refunds
Pickup bookings may be cancelled at no charge before the agreed collection time. Cancellations after collection has begun may incur a handling fee. If you are not satisfied with your laundry service, contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of collection. We'll assess the issue and, where appropriate, re-wash items at no charge or offer a partial refund at our discretion.
Service Area Limitations
Our pickup and delivery service covers Canggu, Seminyak, Pererenan, and immediately surrounding areas. Areas outside this zone (including Kuta, Denpasar, Ubud, and Uluwatu) are not currently serviced. If you're unsure whether your address is within our service area, check with us via WhatsApp before booking. We're expanding our coverage and welcome enquiries from areas not yet listed.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. Review these terms periodically.
