I Have Skin Allergies. Can You Accommodate?
Yes. Tell us when you book.
Our standard products:
We use plant-based, gentle detergents and biodegradable fabric softener as standard. Our default products are free from harsh synthetic chemicals and gentler than many conventional brands.
For sensitive skin or known allergies:
If you have:
- Fragrance sensitivity or allergy
- Eczema or contact dermatitis
- A specific detergent ingredient you react to
- Latex or other material sensitivities
Add a note in the booking form or tell us via WhatsApp. We use a fragrance-free, hypoallergenic detergent for your order and skip fabric softener entirely if you prefer.
No softener option:
Some people with sensitive skin prefer no fabric softener at all. Request "no softener" in your booking notes. We leave it out.
We can't guarantee cross-contamination:
Our machines handle multiple orders. We clean them regularly, but we can't guarantee zero trace of other detergents or softeners. If you have a severe allergy, factor this in.
