I Have Skin Allergies. Can You Accommodate?
Tell us when you book, and we'll adjust what we can.
Our standard products:
We use gentle, eco-friendly detergents and biodegradable fabric softener as standard. Our default products are free from harsh synthetic chemicals and gentler than many conventional brands.
For sensitive skin or known allergies:
If you have:
- Fragrance sensitivity or allergy
- Eczema or contact dermatitis
- A specific detergent ingredient you react to
- Latex or other material sensitivities
Add a note in the booking form or tell us via WhatsApp. We can leave out fabric softener for your order. Our PURO detergent is low-fragrance, not fragrance-free, and we don't offer a fragrance-free alternative. If you react to fragrance, message us before you book.
No softener option:
Some people with sensitive skin prefer no fabric softener at all. Request "no softener" in your booking notes. We leave it out.
We can't guarantee cross-contamination:
Our machines handle multiple orders. We clean them regularly, but we can't guarantee zero trace of other detergents or softeners. If you have a severe allergy, factor this in.
