Do You Offer Stain Removal?
Yes. Stain treatment is part of our standard service. We also offer it as a standalone add-on.
What's included in standard laundry:
We pre-treat common stains before washing on every order. That includes:
- Food and drink stains (coffee, juice, sauce, grease)
- Mud and dirt (very common in Bali)
- Sunscreen and tanning product residue
- Sweat marks
For most everyday stains, this is enough.
Dedicated stain removal (Rp 20,000 per piece):
For tougher or set-in stains, we offer a focused treatment. Targeted pre-soak, specialist stain remover, and manual treatment before washing.
Honest disclaimer:
Some stains don't come out. Old, heat-set, or chemically-bonded ones may persist even with treatment. If we try and it doesn't fully clear, we message you on WhatsApp. We never charge for stain removal that didn't work.
How to add stain removal:
Mention the specific stained items in your booking notes. We assess on intake and confirm if additional treatment is needed.
