How Is Ironing and Folding Done?

How Is Ironing and Folding Done?

Every order comes back ironed and folded. Not tumble-dried and bundled.

What gets ironed:

We iron everything that should be ironed per care labels:

  • Shirts, blouses, and dress tops
  • Trousers, skirts, and dresses
  • Bedsheets and pillowcases
  • Towels (folded only, not pressed)

What we skip:

Some items shouldn't be ironed, or don't need it:

  • Activewear, gym clothes, swimwear: ironing damages synthetic fibres
  • Knitwear and wool: ironed only with a pressing cloth on low heat if needed
  • Items with "no iron" care labels

Got specific folding or pressing preferences (shirts on hangers, trousers with a crease)? Add a note when booking.

Folding standard:

All items are folded neatly and stacked. Shirts folded flat. Trousers folded along the seams. Nothing stuffed in. Everything comes back tidy.

Packaging:

Clean, ironed laundry goes into a bag or bundle. Want individual items separated (delicates in their own bag)? Request it.
