How Do I Schedule a Pickup Time?
When you fill in the booking form, you pick a preferred pickup time. Here's how scheduling works.
Available pickup windows:
We collect throughout the day during business hours: 8am to 8pm, daily. In the form, specify a time range or preferred time. We confirm the exact slot via WhatsApp.
Same-day pickup:
Book before 2pm and we can usually arrange a same-day pickup. We confirm availability via WhatsApp after you submit.
Express service:
Express 5-hour turnaround counts from operating hours. Staff confirm the return time at drop-off. Available at Canggu, Seminyak, and Pererenan.
Flexibility:
If our suggested time doesn't work, tell us via WhatsApp. We'll find a slot that does. We're not rigid about windows.
What if I need a very early or late pickup?
Standard hours are 8am to 8pm. Got a genuine need outside these hours (early airport transfer prep, for example)? Message us. We'll see what we can do.
