How Does the Booking Process Work?
Booking takes two minutes. Here's the full process.
Step 1: Fill in the booking form
Open the homepage and complete the booking form. You'll choose:
- Your nearest location (Canggu, Seminyak, Pererenan, or Padonan)
- Pickup or drop-off in person
- Your preferred pickup time
- Your name, address, and WhatsApp number
- Any special requests (hand wash, specific turnaround)
Step 2: We confirm via WhatsApp
We message you within 30 minutes during business hours (8am to 8pm daily). We confirm your time and answer questions.
Step 3: Pickup (or drop-off)
Our driver arrives at the agreed time and collects your laundry. Dropping off? Come to the shop during opening hours.
Step 4: Clean and delivered
We wash, dry, iron, and fold. Then return it to your address. We message you on WhatsApp when we're on the way.
That's it. No apps to install, no accounts to create.
