Can I Change or Cancel My Booking?
Yes. We're flexible. Plans in Bali shift. We get it.
To change your booking:
Message us on WhatsApp before your scheduled pickup. You can change:
- The pickup time
- Your address
- The services you need
- Any special instructions
We confirm the updated details right away.
To cancel your booking:
Message us on WhatsApp any time before our driver leaves for your address. No cancellation fee.
Same-day changes:
Need to change on the same day? Message us early. Ideally before 9am. We schedule pickups in the morning, so earlier notice helps us rearrange.
What if we're already on our way?
If our driver has departed and you need to cancel, message us anyway. We'll try to redirect but may not reach the driver in time. We handle these case by case.
In short: No penalty for changing or cancelling. Tell us via WhatsApp.
