Real per-kg price after surcharges. Heavenly Laundry's Rp 25,000 headline becomes about Rp 30,250 after the 21% service surcharge. Bali Laundry's "free pickup" is built into a Rp 35,000 per kg headline rate, so the delivery cost lives inside the per-kg figure. Easy Day Laundry uses a different model: flat by weight band, with pickup priced separately as a transparent Rp 35,000 round trip.

Honest turnaround windows. "Same day" means five hours at some shops, twelve hours at others, and end-of-day at a third. Worth checking before you drop off.

What's included by default. Hand-ironing, fabric softener, and stain pre-treatment are included at some services and charged separately at others. Iron is the biggest hidden cost in Bali laundry pricing.
