What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We take several payment methods.

Accepted payment methods:

• Cash (IDR): Indonesian Rupiah only. No USD, AUD, EUR, or other currencies.
• QRIS: scan to pay with any Indonesian e-wallet or banking app.
• Bank transfer: BCA and Mandiri. We share account details via WhatsApp when your order is ready.
• Credit and debit cards: in-store payments only. Not accepted for pickup and delivery orders.

When do you pay?

• Pickup customers: On delivery, when we bring your clean laundry back.
• Drop-off customers: When you drop your order at the shop.

Getting IDR:

ATMs are everywhere in Canggu, Seminyak, and Pererenan. Money changers are common. The rate at time of writing is around 15,000 to 16,000 IDR per 1 USD.

Receipt:

We send a WhatsApp message confirming your order and total. Ask for a written receipt if you need one for expenses.
