Is There a Minimum Order?
No strict minimum for drop-off customers. Bring as little as you like.
For pickup and delivery:
No hard minimum, but we recommend at least 2 to 3 kg for pickup. Our drivers cover specific areas, so very small pickups are less efficient for both of us.
Got one or two items? Dropping off at the shop is often faster.
For express service:
Express orders (5-hour turnaround) are processed individually, so there's no minimum weight. Pricing uses weight tiers (not a per-kg rate), so the tier applies regardless of exact weight.
Combining services:
Mix services in one order. 2 kg standard wash + one pair of shoes is a normal order. We itemise everything when we confirm via WhatsApp.
Commercial minimums:
For commercial and bulk customers (villas, hotels), we offer a commission program and dedicated support. Contact us via WhatsApp to discuss a partnership.
