What to Expect on Your First Order
First time using a laundry pickup service in Bali? Here's what happens, start to finish.
1. Book online or via WhatsApp
Fill in the booking form on our homepage, or message us directly. Include your address, preferred pickup time, and any notes.
2. We confirm and come to you
We confirm via WhatsApp. At the agreed time, our driver arrives at your door. You hand over your bag. A simple laundry bag or your own is fine.
3. We sort, wash, and care for your items
Back at the shop, items are counted, sorted by colour and fabric type, tagged with your name. Spot any pre-existing stains during inspection? We WhatsApp you. One machine per customer. Your clothes never mix with anyone else's. We wash to care labels with plant-based detergents.
4. Your clothes come back clean and packaged
Standard turnaround is 24 hours. Express (5h) runs at Canggu, Seminyak, and Pererenan. Everything comes back ironed, folded, and packaged.
5. Delivery to your door
We return your laundry to the same address, or wherever you'd like. We WhatsApp you when we're on the way.

Every item is inventoried on intake. Got something delicate or valuable? Tell us in the booking notes. We handle it with extra care.
