How to Book a Pickup
Booking takes two minutes. Here's how.
Step 1: Fill in the booking form
Open the booking form on our homepage. Pick your nearest location. Enter your name, address, and preferred pickup time. Select the services you need.
Step 2: We confirm via WhatsApp
We message you on WhatsApp within 30 minutes during business hours (8am to 8pm daily). We confirm your pickup time and answer questions.
Step 3: We collect your laundry
At the agreed time, our driver arrives at your address. You hand over the bag. When your order is ready, we deliver it back.
Tips for your first booking:
- Include your WhatsApp number. That's how we reach you
- Add a note for special requests (hand wash only, no fabric softener)
- For express (5h), turnaround counts from operating hours. Staff confirm the return time at drop-off
