No. You don't need a word of Indonesian to use Easy Day.

Our team speaks English:

All customer communication runs in English. Website, booking form, WhatsApp. You won't be passed to an Indonesian-only speaker or left guessing what a message means.

Indonesian is available too:

Our website has a full Indonesian version for local customers. English is the default. If you see Indonesian on the site, click the language toggle to switch.

WhatsApp communication:

When we confirm your booking, send updates, or message about your order, we write in English. Reply in English. We understand.

At the shop:

Our shop staff speak basic to conversational English. Drop-off is simple. Hand over your bag. We give you a receipt and confirm pickup time.

No translation apps needed:

We've worked with tourists from all over the world. First-time Bali visitors to long-stay expats. Language has never been a barrier.
