What is Gojek?

Gojek is Indonesia's main ride-hailing and delivery app. Like Uber or Grab, but for Bali. Download it on iOS or Android. The GoSend feature lets you send packages anywhere.

How to send your laundry via Gojek:

1. Pack your laundry in a bag or tied bundle
2. Include a note inside with your name and WhatsApp number. Essential so we know whose laundry it is.
3. Open the Gojek app and select GoSend
4. Enter our shop address as the destination (pick the nearest location)
5. Our team receives your items and messages you on WhatsApp to confirm arrival
6. We send your clean laundry back via Gojek when it's ready. You pay the return delivery cost.
